Fibreglass filters

In sand casting foundries - like in gravity die-casting foundries - it is common use to filter the aluminium molten flow using fibreglass filters.

These filters are also used downstream of the melting furnaces for the production of billets, plates and ingots.

Fibreglass filters are supplied in rolls or shaped to measure, and are available with different mesh.
