How VERNIFOND coatings work
VERNIFOND coatings for chills control the heat transfer and facilitate the flow of the metal, thanks to just the right roughness. In this manner, they facilitate the release of the casting, extending mould life and improving the surface appearance of the finished casting.

These are innovative coatings, specially studied to guarantee the best protection of the mould surfaces. All VERNIFOND coatings are easy to clean using only dry ice.
