SIST MIX MAUI

Automatic system for the release agent's dilution, with a pneumatic pump

SIST MIX MAUI is a unit for the dilution of the release agent, designed by Fondermat and equipped with a pneumatic pump for dispensing the diluted release agent.

It has a 20 liters tank and a 5 liters expansion tank.
The unit is equipped with an electrical panel, which allows the operator to manage and set the dilution of the release agent in a rigorously constant, proportional and volumetric way and to set, and then prepare from time to time the necessary amount of diluted product to be dispensed to the molds.

The diluted product thus obtained flows to the storage tank and from here - thanks to a pneumatic delivery pump – leads to the mold spray system.
