Automatic system for the release agent’s dilution, with two independent lines

SIST DUBAI MIX is a highly automated system for the dilution of the release agent.
Designed by FONDERMAT and equipped with two independent lines for the delivery of the diluted release agent, it has been equipped also with two independent electric multistage pumps and a large 150 liter tank, two expansion separate tanks, each of 20 liters.
Thanks to the electrical panel with a touch screen, the operator can easily manage and keep under control the system functionality.
Dubai is equipped with two separate suction pipes for the concentrated product, and thanks to a measuring electronic water flow and the ability to adjust the dosing pump according to the density of the product, the operator is always able to maintain constant the desired mixing of release agent and water.
The diluted product flows into the tank and from here delivered to the spray system by means of two separate delivery lines, each independent from the other, and each controlled by an electric multistage vertical pump with a capacity of 150 l / min.

The product system manages to mix 100 cc at each pulse and can prepare up to 80 l / min of diluted product.
